Sales Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for obtaining new business and providing service to clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Solicit qualified new business opportunities 
  • Provide prospects and clients with comprehensive analysis and determine coverage needs
  • Implement client service plans
  • Manage monthly expiration lists to ensure that coverage is bound prior to effective date
  • Develop relationships with insurance partners to stay informed of industry trends 
  • Negotiate premiums and conditions on behalf of client

Requirements:

  • Hold and maintain a Property / Casualty and  Life / Health licenses
  • Experience and / or college degree preferred
  • Maintain continuing education as needed

Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for providing client support using customer service and analytical skills.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Work directly with clients to issue certificates of insurance, process changes and conduct contract and policy review  
  • Carefully review and verify policy information
  • Update internal agency management system to reflect detailed changes throughout policy year
  • Create insurance binders and additional new policy and renewal documentation 
  • Prepare summaries of insurance and additional documentation required for policy set up
  • Extract and allocate insurance premiums per client request
  • Effectively communicate with insurance partners and Sales Account Executive 
  • Provide administrative assistance to agency as needed

Requirements:

  • Hold and maintain a Property / Casualty and  Life / Health licenses
  • Experience and / or college degree preferred
