Sales Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for obtaining new business and providing service to clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Solicit qualified new business opportunities
- Provide prospects and clients with comprehensive analysis and determine coverage needs
- Implement client service plans
- Manage monthly expiration lists to ensure that coverage is bound prior to effective date
- Develop relationships with insurance partners to stay informed of industry trends
- Negotiate premiums and conditions on behalf of client

Requirements:
- Hold and maintain a Property / Casualty and Life / Health licenses
- Experience and / or college degree preferred
- Maintain continuing education as needed
Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for providing client support using customer service and analytical skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Work directly with clients to issue certificates of insurance, process changes and conduct contract and policy review
- Carefully review and verify policy information
- Update internal agency management system to reflect detailed changes throughout policy year
- Create insurance binders and additional new policy and renewal documentation
- Prepare summaries of insurance and additional documentation required for policy set up
- Extract and allocate insurance premiums per client request
- Effectively communicate with insurance partners and Sales Account Executive
- Provide administrative assistance to agency as needed
Requirements:
